Lauren Coudrain
Lauren Coudrain started The Coudrain Group, LLC in 2010 to provide social media assistance to nonprofit organizations and small businesses. She currently serves as President/CEO of the firm.

Lauren has created and maintained blogs, websites, Twitter feeds, LinkedIn groups, and Facebook groups and pages for numerous organizations. She also provides social media coaching for small business owners and nonprofit directors. Lauren has presented “Social Fundraising” seminars to many nonprofits through the Northshore Community Foundation, Mississippi Center for Nonprofits, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, St. Tammany Commission on Families, DOVIA (Directors of Volunteers in Agencies), The Rapides Foundation Community Development Works, and the City of Hammond.

Lauren is a member of the 2012 Covington Rotary Board and the Neighborhood Housing Services- Northshore advisory board. She was committee chair for Northshore Rising Professionals in 2011, leading a committee recognized as the Chamber committee of the year for 2011. She has served on the Board of Directors for the St. Tammany West Chamber of Commerce and the St. Tammany Commission on Families. Lauren is a 2010 graduate of the Leadership St. Tammany program & member of the LST Alumni Foundation.
 
Lauren graduated from Northwestern State University with a B.S. in Psychology. She began her career in foster care case management working for the state of Louisiana. She then worked for St. Tammany Parish Government as their Grant Accountant. Most recently, she served as the Assistant Director of St. Tammany Parish Government's Department of Health & Human Services until launching her own business in 2010.
 
Lauren published a Create-A-Works Kit, “All About Me,” a lifebook for children in foster care, in 2007. She co-authored the 2008 “Reducing Risk and Promoting Prevention: Needs of Children and Youth in the 22nd Judicial District” Needs Assessment Report for the 22nd JDC’s Children & Youth Planning Board. Lauren has also created many grant management publications and social service marketing pieces. In 2011, she published the "Washington Parish Hunger Needs and Services Assessment" for the Covington Food Bank.

Claire Coudrain Callon is an Advertising Consultant for The Coudrain Group. Claire earned a B.S. in Advertising from Louisiana State University with a Business Administration minor. While in the Manship School of Mass Communications she has learned valuable skills that have allowed her to work on practice campaigns for companies such as Avis and JCPenney. She has also been a part of LSU’s Student Media, where she contributed to the bi-weekly production of Tiger TV. Claire has conducted training sessions for nonprofit organizations, and has consulted large nonprofits on marketing and advertising strategy.


Caroline Coudrain Janzen is an Administrative Consultant for The Coudrain Group. She currently lives and works near Columbia, South Carolina. Caroline is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University where she studied Health Education & Promotion. 

Caroline specializes in organizational effectiveness, marketing, and crisis management. Caroline served as captain of Southeastern’s cheerleading team for several years, where she practiced and refined her leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. She worked under John Tobin as an intern for the Parish’s Office of Social Services, where she created marketing pieces for several programs serving low income residents. During Hurricane Gustav, Caroline assisted in the coordination and operation of St. Tammany Parish’s Medical Special Needs Shelter.
 

Hillary Simpson is an Online Marketing Consultant with The Coudrain Group. Hillary graduated in May 2012 from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, a concentration in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communication, and a minor in Communication.  She is currently a graduate student at Louisiana State University’s Manship School of Mass Communication. Hillary brings knowledge of online marketing strategies and best practices to The Coudrain Group to help clients maximize marketing results.

Hillary handles social media strategy and management for clients. Emily Russo is an Online Marketing Consultant with The Coudrain Group. Emily will graduate in May 2014 from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in General Business with a minor in Human Leadership Development. She has also been a part of LSU’s Student Media, where she contributed to the advertising for the university. Emily brings knowledge of online marketing strategies to The Coudrain Group to help clients achieve their ultimate marketing goals. 


Drew Crawford is the CEO Intern for The Coudrain Group. Drewwill graduate from Northwestern State University in May 2016 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. Drew brings a new perspective and fresh insight to the ideas and processes utilized by The Coudrain Group.
